Solving Traffic Problems

Our communities continue to choke on worsening traffic congestion while little progress has been made to alleviate this problem. As I did while a Commissioner in Upper Moreland, I am advocating for PennDOT’s attention to these longstanding traffic problems throughout the 152nd District. I believe that the best way to resolve these traffic problems is to take a systematic approach throughout the area. As your State Representative, I am working tirelessly to come up with solutions and produce results.

Woodhaven Road:

I do not support any PennDOT project that brings traffic problems from one neighborhood into another. I will fight against any attempt to bring traffic congestion from Northeast Philadelphia into Lower Moreland, Huntingdon Valley, Bryn Athyn and Eastern Montgomery as a whole. I support the Woodhaven Road Project Option that safely ends Woodhaven Road at Route 1. I support improvements to intersections and roads in that area to better accommodate existing traffic.
